Our Apartments and Offices are located in the heart of The Historic River District Fort Myers Florida!  The Dean has a long history in Downtown Fort Myers, and we love it's charm. We are upgrading and updating as apartments turn over in order to provide comfortable and modern apartment homes while maintaining the charm and unique history that We also offer Executive Suites in our Commercial Lobby along with Virtual Offices for the busy business person that needs an address for mail. Our Virtual Offices also offer the use of our facility for conference room meetings, and the lobby to accept packages and mail on your behalf.
